BSidesSATX HACKENGER HUNT IS ON FOR A SECOND YEAR!
We are excited to be working with the amazing folks at Delta Risk for the second year! This will be a scavenger hunt style Capture the Flag event during BSidesSATX!
Participants will attempt to find virtual flags hidden throughout the closed network environment using a mix of skills ranging from the most basic ping sweep to compile-your-own exploits.
All skill levels, individuals and teams, are welcome - bring a laptop and jack in!
(Kali distro recommended http://www.kali.org/downloads/ or get your VM image http://www.offensive-security.com/kali-llnux-vmware-arm-image-download/)
Three different challenge levels will be available.
- Ring 0 is for participants wanting to learn the basics of hacking through hands-on walkthroughs.
- Ring 1 is for participants looking to play without the pretension or pressure of a capture the flag environment.
- Ring 2 will offer a challenge for those seeking a test of their skills.
