What is AppSec Guerrilla Camp? A form of irregular training that gives you concentrated hands-on training in a highly mobile format.
Lodging: Yes, this is during SxSWi, that means rooms are scarce, you may have luck with http://www.airbnb.com/search?code=3WtTPD if you have not already scored a room.
It is during SxSW Interactive, privacy would be a good topic, no?

Where: The Walton-Joseph Building, 706-708 6th Street. (and beyond)
That's right, we will be right on 6th St, near everything (or at least near I-35, the transit center, the convention center, bars, restaurants, and much more).
This historic building was built C. 1884, and has served as a retail store, boarding house, bar, church, shoeshine parlor, restaurant- and now a BSides Venue.
Morning: We aren't fond of morning, either. The good news is that Eastside Tacos and The Coffee Trailerwill be stopping by to offer breakfast tacos, coffee, and much more to start your day.
Lunch:
Afternoon:
Breaks:
Evening/Party Hackers on a Duck! Will probably be on Friday evening, but not confirmed yet.
Day 2
Morning: After Hackers on a Duck and whatever else we do, morning may be a bit rough again. But Eastside Tacos and The Coffee Trailerwill again be stopping by to offer breakfast tacos, coffee, and much more to help ease your stomach (and possibly brain) into a new day.
Lunch:
Afternoon:
Breaks:
Evening/Party: Will probably be at the event venue.
Volunteers
A/V, crowd control, setup/teardown, logistics, finding equipment- these all take people to make it happen.
There is plenty of parking in the area, and we'll be just a few blocks from the Austin downtown station and convention center.
Network:
We will have robust wired and wireless networks and a network visibility lab this year thanks to global sponsors AlienVault, Astaro and NetWitness. Check out the mini-NOC and see what they have built for BSides Austin.
